After RevenueHero, we've cut short the time it takes for us to give a demo to our prospects. We've been able to do it much more quicker and it's a better process for prospects as well.

With RevenueHero, I can actually have a shorter sales cycle at a really high level of complexity. It's like all the logic happens at the point of signup, which means that there are no problems for my sales team.

RevenueHero works really damn well. The percentage of qualified meetings that were getting booked on our website within the first 3 months of implementation was beyond our expectations.

“Why did it go there?”

Routing is one of the only things nobody notices when it works. When it breaks, you hear about it from the rep who noticed first, or from an SDR who can't tell which AE should get the account, and your own tool shows you where the lead ended up but not why it went there.

Matching

Leads land with the rep who already owns them

Most leads already connect to something in your CRM: an account owner, an open deal, a territory. Matching checks those first, so the lead goes to the person who should already have it instead of a queue.

  • Lead-to-account matching: contact → domain → company, with fuzzy matching for the near-misses
  • Conditions on any CRM property or custom object: partner programs, property listings, custom lists
  • Territory, the way your team actually splits it: zip-code collections, language, book of business
  • Stale-owner skip: no activity on the account in 90 days, and the lead's treated as net-new

"It lets us match our sales reps with the exact group of technical counterparts they should be working with, giving us greater control over territory segmentation, time zone alignment, and language preferences.”

“In the world of double round robin, RevenueHero is definitely more advanced in that capability than Chili Piper is.”

"It enables us to have our inbound leads automatically select a time and get routed to the correct owner as well as helping our outbound efforts schedule leads and keep distribution even across AEs."

Distribution

The rotation runs itself, and every assignment is on record

When nobody owns the lead, it goes to the team, and something still has to pick which rep. Distribution picks on your rules and returns credit to reps when prospects no-show.

  • Strict, flexible, or balanced round robin: with weights per rep for ramping, and caps that hold across queues, so a limit of five meetings is five in total
  • Double round robin: an AE and an SE booked in one pass, with slots showing only when both calendars are free
  • No-show and cancellation credits: they come back automatically, and the queue recalibrates
  • Every assignment on record: when someone suspects cherry-picking, you just pull up the distribution report

Disqualification

Bots and bad fits never reach a rep's calendar

Inbound forms bring in bots, free-email signups, and leads that don't fit your criteria. You decide where each of them goes instead of letting them book a rep's morning.

  • Free-email and blocked-domain rules: plus a custom blocklist for specific people or whole companies
  • Routing on the disqualification reason: what they typed, or what enrichment came back with
  • Graceful declines: self-serve, a webinar page, or nurture instead of a dead end
  • Keep bots and bad-fit leads off rep calendars: bot submissions rejected before the scheduler ever loads

"The rules and ways in which you can route leads (or disqualify them) are endless."

“Chili Piper doesn't give us a routing log that looks like this, that says calendar was displayed and these two people were chosen.”

"I particularly like the Routing Log feature which offers: a very detailed history of the visitors that have tried to schedule a demo through our website, the Sales rep that they have been assigned to, the criteria based on which the lead got assigned to that specific Sales rep."

Visibility

Every routing decision leaves a log you can read

When a rep asks why a lead wasn't theirs, or an SDR asks which AE an account went to, you can open the session and show them. The log lists each condition the lead was checked against, which ones passed, and every update RevenueHero made downstream.

  • Each step of the session, in order: form data, enrichment, rules, assignment, and everything after
  • Green and red conditions: what passed, what didn't, the why at a glance
  • Every downstream update logged: CRM, calendar, and conferencing, with failures showing exactly why
  • Shareable session URLs: forward the log instead of screen-sharing
