There are several standout features worth mentioning. The automated lead-to-meeting pipeline efficiently handles inbound leads by qualifying, routing, and scheduling meetings—often with just one click. This process significantly cuts down on manual tasks and eliminates the usual back-and-forth of email exchanges.

The conversion rate from form submission to scheduled meeting is impressively high.

Support and user experience are also strong points. While configuring complex routing rules and integrating with CRMs can require some initial setup time, the interface remains intuitive, and the support team is responsive and helpful.

Additionally, the platform offers a high degree of flexibility and customization. You can set up routing rules based on form fields or source URLs, pair teams or individuals, and assign meetings according to calendar availability, among other options.

The platform is well constructed, once you're onboarded and then set up a couple of functions by yourself, you can see clearly the underlying logic of the platform and its building blocks.

Platform UI/UX is good and its integration with Hubspot is robust.

Best thing about working with RevenueHero has been their customer success; our CSM (Sanjit Venkatesan) goes above and beyond what's required, he always seems available (does he ever sleep?) and is a real perfectionist, he refuses to let me leave a call until we've tested, and dotted every i and crossed every t.

I market cybersecurity professionals that are very sensitive apparent phishing or spamming attempts. I ended up choosing RevenueHero because you can connect to a custom domain that matches your primary company domain, customize the follow up to be from your company email, AND it was more straightforward in packaging and reasonably priced for a small startup.

Also, you get your own dedicated Slack support channel and I've never gone longer than 30 minutes without a response. Response time most of the time is under 5 minutes.

The tool integrates seamlessly with SFDC, Google Calendar, Slack, HubSpot, and Zoom. RevenueHero is triggered on a daily basis and we have replaced Calendly for booking links outside of the direct GTM team and saved a little money there. Overall from implementation we are seeing an autobooking rate on demo and trial form fills of 80%+ so it has also improved our meeting stickiness and resolved some BDR process and painpoints.

Customer support from the sales process to onboarding to maintenance has been stellar. The second I have a question, I am sent a calendar invite for time with our rep to problem solve together. Each time we get together we simplify and improve our instance, which has been great!

There is a lot of flexibility in how you can set up routing, but my main thing is that it integrates directly to hubspot.

When I previously used Chilipiper, it was almost impossible to diagnose routing issues because it ran through Zapier and we lost a lot of the detail of the actions our instance actually took.

Customer service is also way better than when I was working with Chilipiper. Frequently, I would meet and leave feeling more confused about the platform than I did going into the meeting.

Before adopting RevenueHero, every meeting booked through our routing software only accounted for our sales team's availability. This meant we had to manually add a technical counterpart to every single meeting. It was time-consuming, error-prone, and often resulted in scheduling chaos - if no technical counterpart was available, we'd have to reschedule, frustrating customers and sometimes losing the opportunity entirely.

RevenueHero has built an incredibly robust and capable scheduling tool that is easy to layer into a more custom form build & CRM process (ours is quite complex!!) but what impresses me the most is how engaged and helpful their team is. I was so impressed with how much work they did upfront with getting a demo environment set up and fully integrated into our Salesforce & Hubspot CRMs and showing how all the workflows could work - all before we even paid or decided if to use them. They went above and beyond.

We have a somewhat complex territory/ownership structure, and RevenueHero allows us to "set and forget" on our demo booking page and make sure that the right contacts go to the right sellers to book meetings. Setup was fast and easy - because the RH module basically sits on top of our existing Hubspot form, we didn't need to re-create our forms or web pages, just simply installed the javascript and we were on our way! The support is also excellent - we have a Slack channel with the RH team and always get fast responses and assistance. Just the other day, my colleague reached out to the RH team with a question and was on a video call with them 30 minutes later. RevenueHero improves my SaaS company's ability to better qualify leads by automatically booking calls with the correct teams. The rules and ways in which you can route leads (or disqualify them) are endless. The RevenueHero platform is easy to use and the support has been outstanding. RevenueHero representatives had is create a #revenuehero Slack channel in my company's Slack instance and they are always available to assist with changes and updates that we need to make to our rules, routing, and general setup. It was super easy to implement.

We use RevenueHero basically every day and every hour — any lead coming to our website has to go through RevenueHero's booking flow. This flow was very easy to integrate onto our website and our forms.

Fundamentally a better product. Faster load time - less drop off. Checks for existing owners / maps to account owners / has ability to setup specific campaign routers better integration into CRM and the team is amazing with support. (Happy customer here)

We struggled with other calendar applications as they didn't honor record assignments over finding open/available calendar blocks. RevenueHero understands that often your Sales Team has worked hard in developing a relationship with a Contact.

~ and if that Contact is ready for a demo it should be offered back to that Rep. RevenueHero does this consistently and when not assigned.

RevenueHero has all the features of Chili Piper with one exception. Chili Piper is not able to give the support RevenueHero is able to by a longshot. RevenueHero is hands down the best scheduling app around (I've tried a bunch) and their team is always open to feedback to make their app better. I love working with this team.

Simple to use. Our sales team loves it and it is easy for operations to configure and integrate across our tech stack. Would highly recommend it to other users! It enables us to have our inbound leads automatically select a time and get routed to the correct owner as well as helping our outbound efforts schedule leads and keep distribution even across AEs.

The ease of setting up routers and their proactive support to address issues have helped us move smoothly from Chili Piper. We were able to see a faster load time for our calendar, and we're also able to validate this from our user's perspective, as the drop-offs have significantly reduced after implementing RevenueHero.

We started to test it 3 weeks go switching from CP for the same reason (cost/benefit).  So far, we have found it beneficial. During the test, we found a few hiccups, as in any other test, but their CS team was great and helped to solve it super easily.
