January was about building the small things that add up, round robin that remembers context, timezone enrichment that don't make you click 47 times, and redirect visibility that actually helps nurture.

Round robin queues that don't reset

You've got a team of three reps and your round robin resets daily. Monday brings 30 leads, everyone gets 10. Tuesday? Two leads. Only Rep A and Rep B get them. Wednesday delivers four more leads, the queue resets, and Rep A gets 2 while Rep C stays at 1. Not the fairest distribution. 

Choose "Don't Reset" instead. The queue picks up where it left off, so Rep C gets the next meeting when volume bounces back. This ensures fairness over time and not just per cycle. ⚖️ 

Pre-set timezone regions 

Clicking checkboxes for every single timezone in a region— first, Arizona, then Colorado, then New Mexico… is not the most effective use of your time.

Pick a region instead. Hover over "US Southwest" or "Northern Europe" to see all included timezones and RevenueHero auto-includes them all in one click. If you want to pick and select timezones manually even within the same region you can still do so. Timezone enrichment is handled by RevenueHero, out-of-the-box. 🌍

Redirect rules show up in routing logs

The routing log now shows every redirect rule that fired and which one matched when a prospect got disqualified through your inbound router. A lead redirected to your "not ready to buy yet" page should get different treatment than one sent to "incompatible tool stack"—now you've got the data to build nurture sequences that keep you top of mind until they qualify.
