This month was about giving you more control over things you've been asking for, fewer Slack pings, more DIY: CRM connections, sign-up domains, categories you can delete. And routing logs that tell you what they actually compared.
β
You can now connect all the CRM instances you want to swap between. Connected Workspaces lists them with the active one marked Live. Swapping a sandbox for production, or a departed rep's token for a fresh one, meant us disconnecting the existing connection, then connecting the new one. Add a workspace, pick Make it live, delete what you don't need. RevenueHero checks your field mappings first and names anything the new instance is missing. Switching works only within the same CRM. Swap in a click. π

β
Every condition in a routing log carries the value it was checked against. Where there's no value, the log says exactly why: the field was blank, nothing was in the CRM, or the CRM was unavailable. Routing logs already gave you the exact point of failure. Now they tell you whether the value simply didn't match or never arrived at all. π
β
A post booking form submission can fire a workflow of its own, and Post Booking Form Answers can be included in any meeting trigger, so every response rides along in the email, Slack message or webhook. The phone number and seat count you collect after the slot is picked land in front of the rep, not just in the record. π¬
β
Override timezone on a meeting type and every slot displays in the zone you pick, across the scheduler, public links, the Inbound snippet and Relays. Availability still reads off your reps' calendars. When a prospect is meeting a rep in person, both of them are reading the same clock, and the invite and reminder say so too. π
β
Detach a meeting type from its Meeting Location and the calendar invite and reminder become yours to edit for that meeting type alone. Your current setup stays put, the location's changes just stop flowing in. Attach a different location later and its invite and reminder take over instead. One shared Zoom location, your custom reminder where you need it. βοΈ
β
Meeting Categories you no longer need can be deleted. Meeting Types in the category fall back to no category, and the user meeting limits and prospect booking limit on it are removed for you. Any exception set up in that category with a date still ahead has to be cleared first. Meetings already created aren't affected, and your reports keep the category's data. ποΈ
β
You can add and remove email domains yourself. Added domains join your Trusted Origins allowlist automatically, and removing one means clearing the active users on it first. Reps on your second brand sign themselves up instead of waiting on an invite. βοΈ
