What you’ll need to get started

  1. A RevenueHero account connected to your CRM
  2. A ZoomInfo account
  3. A custom form implemented on your website

How it works:

  1. Configure hidden fields to capture enriched Contact and Company data from ZoomInfo by adding them to your web forms. To accurately enrich every lead, ensure the fields are in sync with your CRM. If you’re using ZoomInfo’s FormComplete tool, refer to their implementation guide to set up the fields correctly.
  2. Go to RevenueHero Settings > Integrations > Configure CRM and refresh fields to pull in the latest form data.

  1. Map enriched Contact fields (like title, phone, department) and Company fields (like industry, revenue, employee count, tech stack) in RevenueHero by heading to RevenueHero Inbound Router > Forms and linking the data fields to the right CRM properties. This allows RevenueHero to use them for qualification and routing.

  1. Build routing rules to send leads to the right reps based on insights from ZoomInfo. Whether it’s industry, revenue, or tech stack, you can define custom rules to match leads with the best-fit rep instantly.

Test, test, and test again! Try different test emails, check that enriched data fills in correctly, and verify routing logs in RevenueHero to make sure leads are going where they should. If anything seems off, field mismatches are usually the culprit!
