We've had conversations with multiple prospects evaluating the product while in conversation with us, and realised that it's easy to not get a good grasp on what Chilipiper's pricing will actually end up costing you.
So here is a a deep dive of Chili Piper's pricing, and what it will eventually cost you.
Let’s jump right in.
Who is Chili Piper for?
Chili Piper defines itself as “the all-in-on demand conversion platform.” It has been known as one of the larger vendors in the b2b scheduling and routing market.
If you’re looking for more information about Chili Piper’s platform, its features, and how it compares to RevenueHero, check out our detailed analysis here.
As a scheduling and lead-routing product, Chili Piper caters predominantly to sales teams who are handling a large volumes of meetings in either inbound or outbound channels. From scheduling to lead qualification and routing, Chili Piper’s products have a wide range of capabilities that help you grow your revenue.
But because they are unbundled and sold as separate products, Chilical, Concierge, Distro, Chat and Handoff it becomes far more expensive than you would have initially thought.
This is one of the major reasons B2B teams explore alternatives when their marketing starts to work and the GTM org grows. Before we get into why RevenueHero is the preferred alternative for growing revenue teams, let's take a look at what Chili Piper will actually cost.
How much does Chili Piper actually cost?
"Looks like it's $15,000 per year."
Sounds straightforward, right? And compared to Chili Piper's old per-module, per-lead-volume pricing, it actually is simpler. But simpler doesn't always mean cheaper. And once you look past the sticker price, the real cost of a Chili Piper deployment can still surprise you.
Let's break it down.
How Chili Piper's Pricing Works Now
Chili Piper has moved away from its earlier model of selling individual modules (Form Concierge, Distro, Handoff, Instant Booker) at separate price points, each with its own tiered platform fee based on lead volume. That structure is gone. What you have now are bundled annual tiers:
- Routing & Scheduling: From $15,000/year. Includes 15 seats. Additional seats billed at $45/seat/month.
- Experiences: From $42,000/year. Includes 30 seats. Additional seats billed at $50/seat/month.
- ChiliCal (standalone): $12/user/month, but only available with a 200-seat minimum, making the real entry point $28,800/year. No inbound routing or lead qualification included at this tier.

All plans are billed annually. There is no monthly billing option, and no free trial is available.
The Real Cost Is Still Higher Than the Sticker
The per-lead platform fee is gone, but the "real cost is higher than it looks" dynamic has just taken another form. Here's where it shows up now:
- Seat minimums built into the tier: The Routing & Scheduling tier includes 15 seats at the $15,000/year base. If your team is smaller than that, you're still paying for 15. If your team is larger, overages kick in at $45/seat/month, which adds up fast. A team of 30 reps on Routing & Scheduling, for instance, would pay $15,000 + (15 × $45 × 12) = $23,100/year before any other variables.
- The ChiliCal gotcha: At $12/user/month, ChiliCal looks like an accessible, lightweight option for teams that just need scheduling links. But the 200-seat minimum makes it anything but lightweight, you're looking at $28,800/year as a floor, for a product that doesn't include any of the inbound form routing or lead qualification that most revenue teams actually need. For smaller teams, ChiliCal standalone simply isn't a viable option.
- Unpublished costs that matter: AI credits are consumed across every tier when agents perform actions: routing leads, running chat conversations, identifying visitors. How many credits are included per plan? What do overages cost? Both are still listed as "details coming soon" on Chili Piper's own pricing page. Signing a $15,000+ annual contract without knowing what your AI usage will cost is a meaningful blind spot.
- Annual-only billing means a long runway before you can adjust: There's no monthly option to test the waters. You're committing to a full year, or longer, if you take a multi-year deal for the volume or term discounts. That's a significant bet to make before you've fully validated the tool in your environment.
What You Get at Each Tier
The Routing & Scheduling tier covers the core use cases most inbound revenue teams need: instant scheduling from web forms, real-time lead qualification and routing, round-robin distribution, CRM integrations with Salesforce and HubSpot, SDR-to-AE handoff, email and SMS reminders, booking links for reps, and funnel analytics.
The Experiences tier adds AI-powered chat that qualifies and routes visitors 24/7, live calling from forms and handoffs, account identification and ABM targeting, re-engagement flows for visitors who didn't convert, user provisioning and admin controls, and a dedicated CSM.
The jump from $15,000 to $42,000 is significant, $27,000/year more for capabilities that many teams consider table stakes as they scale. Whether that jump is justified depends heavily on how much of your pipeline comes through inbound and how much you'd actually use the AI and re-engagement features.
So what's the real price of Chili Piper?
It still takes a little calculation to get to the real number.
Start with your tier ($15k or $42k). Add seat overages if your team exceeds the included count. Factor in AI credit consumption once those details are published. Consider the 200-seat floor if ChiliCal is on your radar. And account for the fact that you're making an annual commitment upfront, with no trial period to validate fit first.
For large revenue teams with high inbound volume and the internal resources to manage a sophisticated tool, Chili Piper can absolutely deliver. But for teams that want predictable pricing, faster implementation, and a lower barrier to getting started, it's worth exploring what else is out there.
And there’s more hidden in plain sight
Pricing aside, there are other aspects to consider when looking at ChiliPiper.
- Implementation with Chili Piper can take up to 6 weeks if you are a new customer, or so we’re told. Depending on whether you're on Salesforce or Hubspot, you could potentially be looking at longer implementation periods.
- It requires a significant amount of implementation services and developer assistance to customize the interface, which ends up being a resource cost for you in terms of time and effort.
- When you look at Chili Piper’s setup, even the simplest of things such as updating your brand colors on the booking widget require a lot of custom coding and are highly dependent on the availability of your developer. It might seem insignificant now but it does add up to a lot later.
- And finally, if you are on the HubSpot CRM then there are high chances that you’ll find the Chili Piper integration giving you more problems than solutions. Take a look at what some of the existing users have to say.

But now, we’d love for you to do the math yourself. And so we designed a calculator to help you do exactly that. All you need to do is input the size of your sales team (i.e. the number of users) and you can then compare how much it’ll cost you for both RevenueHero and Chili Piper side by side.

Outbound Essentials
If outbound meetings are going to be your primary use case, this plan would be perfect for your team. SDR-to-AE meeting handoff, 1-click magic links to route meetings, personal meeting links, and much more for $20/user/month and no platform fee. With a fixed platform fee, you don’t have to worry about getting charged more as you scale. Chili Piper, for instance, charges a platform fee that varies between $150-$1000 based on the number or form submits (not even meetings held). That’s a traffic tax for marketers and sales teams.
