RevenueHero decides who gets it, keeps the split even, sends it to the account owner, and writes down why.
What really sold us on RevenueHero is the excellent team and support we’ve had from implementation onward.

Thanks to RevenueHero, we’re able to book meetings with 75%+ of qualified inbounds the same day, up from around 40%

After RevenueHero, we've cut short the time it takes for us to give a demo to our prospects. We've been able to do it much more quicker and it's a better process for prospects as well.

With RevenueHero, I can actually have a shorter sales cycle at a really high level of complexity. It's like all the logic happens at the point of signup, which means that there are no problems for my sales team.

RevenueHero works really damn well. The percentage of qualified meetings that were getting booked on our website within the first 3 months of implementation was beyond our expectations.

Stay if the job is "here is my link, pick a time." One page. One rotation. People sending their own links. Calendly is good at that. It's cheap at that. Switching will not buy you much.
Leave when these start showing up:
Calendly can attach UTMs if they sit on the link. That is not knowing where a demo came from. Usual path: ad or blog post → your form → Calendly → thin CRM record. The ad platform never sees it.
Calendly will tell you it booked. It will not tell you which rule fired. A rep asks why they were skipped. You reconstruct it from timestamps.
A Calendly rotation works when two people keep the same hours. It falls over across time zones, PTO, and no-shows that still count as theirs.
Calendly can follow an owner. It cannot run open opportunity, then named account, then region, then a catch-all, and skip the leftover owner who is not taking inbound. That stack is extra routing forms.
Twenty-eight forms, twenty-eight routing forms. Change a territory, change it in every one.

Better personal link. Costs less. Team routing on Teams is cheaper per seat than we are. If the job is a link in a signature, stay.
Ops time. Every new campaign page is another copy of the rules. Marketing still cannot join an ad to a meeting that happened. The queue becomes a fight. Nobody can open a reason.
You keep the CRM and the forms. What changes is the decision after submit.
We map owners and fields. You are not rebuilding HubSpot or Salesforce.
Owner, rotation, and exceptions go in once. Every form uses that router.
Three tests: a known account, two reps on different hours, a submit you can open in the log.
Old Calendly links stay up until you take them down.
