- Qualified demos saw a 1% dip (22,403 vs. 22,719 prev. week)
- Qualification rates remained relatively steady (76.9% vs. 76.8% prev. week)
- Form-to-demo conversion rates moved up from (64.4% to 63.7% prev. week)

Segment Snapshot
- Demo volumes varied across segments: SMBs saw a 6% spike last week, mid-market saw steady demo volumes, whereas enterprise companies saw an 8.6% dip.
- SMBs stayed strong: SMB companies saw a 1.7% improvement in form-to-demo conversion rates, and a 1.5% dip in qualification rates last week.
- Mid market maintained momentum: Mid-market companies maintained steady form-to-demo conversion rates, while improving their qualification rates by 2%
- Enterprise evolved efficiency: While their funnels improved with 2.7% more qualified demos, enterprise companies saw a 4% drop in form-to-demo conversion rates.

Industry-wise Meeting Rates
- All industries converted more than 50% of their demo requests into meetings.
- Human Resources software's form-to-demo conversion rates spiked 8.5% last week, bringing it to the 2nd highest spot at 71.2%.
- Sales software & developer tools saw the next biggest spikes, 7.3% and 7.1% respectively compared to the previous week
- Retail & e-commerce software saw the biggest dip last week, dropping 7.6%
- 67% of companies saw steady or better form-to-demo conversion rates last week.

Top Performers
Healthcare retained the tabletopper spot, with a form-to-demo conversion rate of 72.5% 🏆

TL;DR
- Funnel stayed flat, but efficiency improved: demo volumes held steady (+0.3%), qualification remained at 77%, while meeting conversion improved to 64.4% for the second consecutive week.
- SMBs regained strength despite quality softness: demo volumes rose 6.2% and meeting conversion climbed to 66.2%, even as qualification dipped 1.5%.
- Mid-market maintained momentum as the most balanced segment: demo volumes stayed flat, qualification improved 1.9%, and meeting rates held steady at 62.5%.
- Enterprises tightened filters but saw conversion pressure: qualification rose 2.7 points, but demo volumes dropped 8.6% and meeting conversion fell to 58.8%, signaling stricter screening with fewer bookings per qualified lead.
- The industry leaderboard shuffled again: HR software surged to 71.2% (+8.5 points), reclaiming a top-tier spot alongside Healthcare at 72.5%.
- Healthcare and HR Software dominated the upper percentiles, both sitting above the 90th percentile, with Travel & Hospitality and Financial & Accounting forming the next tier.
- Biggest winners: HR Software (+8.5%), Sales Software (+7.3%), and Developer Tools (+7.1%)
- Biggest drops: Retail & E-commerce (-7.6%), Financial & Accounting (-6.4%), and Real Estate (-4.8%)
- Series C SMBs emerged as the breakout cohort: meeting conversion jumped 27% to reach 80%, making it the strongest-performing SMB funding stage despite modest volume growth.
- Series D mid-market companies made the biggest move: qualification improved 12 points and meeting rates jumped 13 points, while Public companies maintained steady 80% meeting rates.
The gap between average and exceptional is widening.
Healthcare and HR software companies hit 70%+ form-to-demo conversion rates last week. This is not a one-time phenomenon, because we analyzed over a million inbound form submissions.
Guess what? The median form-to-demo conversion rate is 62%, while top performers are consistently hitting 78% and above! That’s right: nearly 8 out of 10 demos are turned into booked meetings.
