Revenuehero + Salesforce

Turn more inbound into booked meetings. Skip the CRM cleanup.

RevenueHero reads your Leads, Contacts, Accounts and Opportunities the moment a prospect fills a form, books them with the real account owner in seconds, and writes every meeting back to Salesforce clean. No manual assignment. No duplicate activities. No copy-paste booking.

Why Salesforce inbound leaks

Booking the meeting is the easy part. Keeping Salesforce accurate is the hard part.

The ownership logic lives in Salesforce, and most booking tools route right past it. Then they log the meeting twice, leave the status on booked forever, and let the owner fields drift. Inbound lands on the wrong rep, and RevOps rebuilds the reporting by hand.

Round robin ignores account ownership
A known account fills the form and a random rep gets the demo. The AE who built the relationship never sees it, and two reps end up fighting over one meeting.
Meetings route to reps who left
Ownership in the CRM is layered: account owner, lead owner, contact owner. When records are stale or duplicated, the meeting goes to a name that hasn't been at the company in months.
Activity data is too dirty to report on
The same meeting logs twice, once from the calendar and once from the scheduler. Pipeline reporting gets rebuilt by hand in a spreadsheet because nobody trusts the activity object.
Reps copy-paste to book a meeting
The account is already a record in Salesforce, with name, email and phone. Reps still bounce to another tab and paste it in to send a booking link.
RevenueHero routes on the data Salesforce already holds, then keeps the record clean: every meeting logged once, every status current, every owner in sync.
Ownership-based routing
Route to the existing account, lead or contact owner first, then distribute the rest with Balanced Round Robin.
Automatic activity logging
Every meeting writes to the Salesforce Activity object once, deduplicated, with the full routing context on it.
Lifecycle sync for reporting
The meeting status moves from booked to completed to no-show on its own, so a meeting never held stops reading as pipeline.
Ownership stays in sync
The assigned owner writes back to the Lead or Contact owner field, so meeting ownership and CRM ownership never drift apart.

Match to the real owner first. Keep that ownership in sync.

RevenueHero looks the prospect up across Leads, Contacts, Accounts and Opportunities the instant they submit. If an owner exists, they keep the meeting. Everything new distributes fairly, and whoever wins it is written back as the owner.

What it matches on
Lead, Contact, Account or Opportunity owner
Match on email, phone or any custom CRM property, against the Salesforce object you choose. Route to the account owner managing the relationship, not just whoever first touched the contact.
What it routes by
Territory, size, custom objects, fair distribution
Build rules on territory, company size, any CRM field, enriched data, or your own custom objects. Everything unmatched distributes by rep load with Balanced Round Robin, and a fallback catches the rest.
How ownership stays in sync
The assigned owner, written back
When RevenueHero assigns a meeting, it updates the Lead or Contact owner field to match. Meeting ownership and Salesforce ownership stay aligned, so territory and reporting never drift.

The full meeting lifecycle in Salesforce, logged once.

RevenueHero auto-creates its fields on the Lead, Contact and Activity, then keeps them current from form fill to meeting completed. Owner assignment writes back to the field you choose. And activity de-duplication keeps your reporting honest.

What gets written
Meeting type, status, no-show and router

RevenueHero creates and updates its own fields on the Lead and Contact, then writes the owner change back to the field you choose. Reassign a meeting and the new owner pushes back to Salesforce.

What lands on the activity
The full routing and lifecycle context

The meeting logs to the Activity object with a complete set of properties on it: no-show, canceled, the rule and router that fired, the assignee and booker, the rescheduled count, and the reschedule and cancel links. Report on any of it in Salesforce.

When it updates
From form filled to meeting completed

Booked, rescheduled, cancelled, no-show, completed. The status field moves through the whole lifecycle automatically, so a meeting that was booked but never held never reads as pipeline.

Why the data stays clean
One activity, never a duplicate

Before logging, RevenueHero waits and checks whether the same activity was already written from your calendar or another source. If it finds one, it skips. If not, it logs. Reporting runs on one clean record per meeting.

A booking button on the record. Your routing rules behind it.

Add a RevenueHero button to your Salesforce Contact records. Reps book and hand off meetings straight from the record they are already on, and the same matching rules that run your inbound decide who gets it.

Where reps book
Right on the Contact record

One button opens the RevenueHero scheduler with the contact's email already passed in. No new tab, no copy-paste, no separate tool to learn.

Who gets the meeting
The owner your rules pick

The button runs on your existing routing rules, so a rep handing off a meeting still routes it to the right account owner or the right pod. SDR-to-AE handoffs honor ownership the same way inbound does.

What the rep skips
Every manual step after "yes"

The meeting books, the owner is set, and the activity logs back to Salesforce, deduplicated. The rep never leaves the record to make it happen.

What syncs

Exactly what RevenueHero reads from Salesforce, and writes back

No black box. RevenueHero reads the objects it needs to route, and auto-creates the fields it needs to keep your CRM current. Map any of it to your own fields, and refresh the schema any time you add one.

Reads to route & match

Looked up live on every form submission, so routing decisions use what is in Salesforce right now.

What Salesforce teams ask before they switch

Can RevenueHero route to the existing account owner, not just the contact owner?
Yes. Matching rules can assign the meeting to the owner of the Account tied to the contact, so inbound goes to the AE managing the relationship rather than whoever first touched the record. You set the order: account owner, then lead owner, then round robin, in whatever sequence fits your model.
Does RevenueHero update the owner in Salesforce?
Yes. When a meeting is assigned, RevenueHero can write the assigned rep into the contact owner field, so meeting ownership and CRM ownership stay aligned. It keeps territory and reporting accurate, and you can use it to track pre-sales or customer success folks on the record too.

Does it work with Leads, or only Contacts?
Both. The Salesforce integration reads and routes on Leads, Contacts, Accounts and Opportunities, and can create Leads, Contacts, or both. There is a default rule to assign a meeting to an existing Lead's owner, which is specific to Salesforce.
Can I change plans mid-year?

How do you keep activity data clean?
Before logging a meeting to the activity object, RevenueHero waits briefly and checks whether the same activity was already logged from your calendar or another source. If it finds a duplicate, it skips. If not, it logs. You get one clean record per meeting instead of two.
Can we route on custom objects and custom fields?
Yes. Bring your custom objects into RevenueHero and build matching rules on them. You can also match on any custom CRM property, and route by territory, employee size, form inputs, or enriched data.

What exactly gets written back to Salesforce?
RevenueHero auto-creates its fields on the Lead and Contact (meeting type, status, date, no-show, disqualified, router), logs the meeting to the Activity object with the assignee, rule, router and booker, and updates the owner field you choose. The full field reference is in the help docs. Map any of it to your own fields.
Does the meeting status update after the meeting happens?
Yes. The status field moves through the lifecycle automatically: booked, rescheduled, cancelled, no-show, completed. A meeting that was booked but never held stops reading as held pipeline without anyone updating it by hand.

Can reps book from inside Salesforce?
Yes. Add a RevenueHero button to your Contact records and reps can book and hand off meetings without leaving the record. The button runs on your existing routing rules and passes the contact's email in automatically.
