Revenuehero + Hubspot

Turn more inbound into booked meetings. Skip the CRM cleanup.

RevenueHero qualifies and books prospects straight off your HubSpot forms, routes them to the existing contact or company owner, and writes the full meeting lifecycle to native HubSpot meetings. Booked through completed, no-show and all. One meeting per record, never a duplicate.

Why inbound leaks inside HubSpot

Putting time on a calendar is easy. Keeping HubSpot accurate is the hard part.

Every form submission, magic link click, and SDR-to-AE handoff writes its own permalink. See the decision. Trust the CRM push. Filter the queue. Three jobs the router stops doing silently.

Native scheduling can't route on ownership
A known company books a demo and lands on a random calendar. The rep who already owns that account in HubSpot never gets it, and the handoff turns into a Slack message.
Duplicate meetings clutter the timeline
The scheduler logs a meeting, the calendar logs another, and the contact record shows two of the same. Nobody trusts the meetings count, so reporting gets exported and cleaned by hand.
Booked never becomes completed
Marketing reports on meetings held. Most tools only ever write "booked" and wait for someone to update it manually. A no-show looks identical to a closed-won conversation.
Lead assignment is still manual at scale
As the SDR team grows, routing becomes the bottleneck. Reps track demos in a spreadsheet because the form can't qualify, route and book on its own.
RevenueHero routes on your HubSpot data, then keeps the record clean: every meeting logged once, every outcome current, every owner in sync.
Ownership-based routing
Route to the existing contact or company owner first, then distribute the rest with Balanced Round Robin.
Automatic activity logging
Every meeting writes to native HubSpot meetings once, deduplicated, with the full routing context on the activity.
Outcome sync for reporting
The outcome moves Scheduled to Completed to No-Show on its own, so you report on meetings held, not just booked.
Ownership stays in sync
The assigned owner writes back to HubSpot, so meeting ownership and contact or company ownership never drift apart.

Route to the owner HubSpot already has. Keep it in sync after.

RevenueHero checks HubSpot the moment a prospect submits. If the contact or company already has an owner, the meeting routes to that rep. Everything new distributes fairly, and whoever wins it is written back as the owner.

What it matches on
Contact owner, then company owner
Match on email, domain or any HubSpot property, against Contacts, Companies or Deals. A new contact at a company that already has an owner routes to that owner, not a stranger.
What it routes by
Segment, size, fair distribution
Build rules on company size, territory, lifecycle stage, hidden form fields or enriched data. Everything unowned distributes by rep load with Balanced Round Robin, and a fallback catches anything no rule claims.
How ownership stays in sync
The assigned owner, written back
When RevenueHero assigns a meeting, it updates the owner field in HubSpot to match. Meeting ownership and contact or company ownership stay aligned, so territory and reporting never drift.

The full lifecycle on HubSpot's own meeting outcome. Logged once.

RevenueHero writes to native HubSpot meetings, not a parallel object. The meeting Outcome moves from Scheduled to Completed on its own, the meeting type categorizes correctly, and de-duplication keeps a single clean record per meeting.

What it writes
Native meeting type, outcome and duration

Every booking populates the HubSpot meeting engagement: type, outcome, duration, title and description. Link your RevenueHero meeting types and each one categorizes correctly inside HubSpot instead of showing as None.

What lands on the meeting
The full routing and lifecycle context

RevenueHero writes a complete set of properties straight onto the HubSpot meeting activity: no-show, canceled, the rule and router that fired, the assignee and booker, the rescheduled count, and the reschedule and cancel links. Report on any of it natively, no export required.

When it updates
Scheduled, Rescheduled, Completed, No-Show

The outcome field moves through the whole lifecycle automatically. Marketing reports on meetings held, not just booked, and a no-show stops looking like a held conversation, with no one updating it by hand.

Why the record stays clean
One meeting, not two

Before logging, RevenueHero checks whether the same meeting was already written from your calendar or another source. If it finds a duplicate, it skips. Your timeline and your meetings count stay trustworthy.

Qualify on submit, show the calendar, book the right rep.

Keep the HubSpot form you already have. RevenueHero watches it, qualifies the prospect on submit, and shows the scheduler instantly to the ones who fit, routed to the right owner. No redirect, no second form.

Where it books
On your existing HubSpot form

Map your form fields once. Qualified prospects see the scheduler the moment they submit. Multi-step HubSpot forms are supported, so the calendar appears at the end of the flow you already run.

What it routes on
Visible answers and hidden fields

Route on what the prospect types and on hidden fields you set for attribution and segmentation. Native enrichment can fill company size and segment at submission, so the routing decision has what it needs.

Where else reps book
Straight from a HubSpot record

Reps can book and hand off from a HubSpot record too, with the contact carried over and your routing rules deciding the owner. Same rules, whether the prospect self-books or a rep books for them.

What syncs

Exactly what RevenueHero reads from HubSpot, and writes back

No black box. RevenueHero reads the objects it needs to route, and writes to your contacts and to native HubSpot meetings. Map any of it to your own properties, and refresh the schema when you add one.

Reads to route & match

Looked up live on every form submission, so routing uses what is in HubSpot right now.

What HubSpot teams ask before they switch

Can it route to the existing contact or company owner?
Yes. If a contact already has an owner, the meeting routes to them. If a new contact comes in at a company that already has an owner, RevenueHero can route to the company owner instead of a random rep. You decide the order: company owner, contact owner, then round robin.
Does RevenueHero update the owner in HubSpot?
Yes. When a meeting is assigned, RevenueHero can write the assigned rep into the contact owner field, so meeting ownership and CRM ownership stay aligned. It keeps territory and reporting accurate, and you can use it to track pre-sales or customer success folks on the record too.
Can I cancel my subscription?

Does it use native HubSpot meetings, or its own object?
Native HubSpot meetings. RevenueHero populates the meeting engagement with type, outcome, duration, title and description, and adds a RevenueHero Meeting Details property group on the contact. Your existing HubSpot meeting reports keep working.
Can I change plans mid-year?
How long is the free trial?
We offer a commitment-free trial period of 14 days.
Will the meeting outcome update after the call?
Yes. The HubSpot outcome moves through the lifecycle automatically: Scheduled, Rescheduled, Completed, No-Show, Canceled. You can finally report on meetings held versus booked without anyone updating records by hand.
How do you stop duplicate meetings on the contact record?
Before logging, RevenueHero waits briefly and checks whether the same meeting was already logged from your calendar or another source. If it finds a duplicate, it skips. You get one clean meeting per record instead of two.

Does it work with our existing HubSpot forms?
Yes. Keep your HubSpot form, map your fields, and qualified prospects see the scheduler the moment they submit. Multi-step forms are supported, and you can route on hidden fields for attribution and segmentation.
What exactly gets written back to HubSpot?
Three layers. The RevenueHero Meeting Details property group on the contact, the native meeting engagement with type, outcome and duration, and a full set of routing and lifecycle context written straight onto the meeting activity: no-show, canceled, the rule and router that fired, the assignee and booker, the rescheduled count, and the reschedule and cancel links. The full field reference is in the help docs. Map any of it to your own properties.

Can it route on company size or segment?
Yes. Build matching rules on company size, territory, lifecycle stage, any HubSpot property, hidden form fields, or enriched data. Advanced multi-condition matching covers the cases native workflows can't.
