Such an easy-to-use and easy-to-implement solution. We were switched over from Calendly in about an afternoon. We wanted CRM-based routing as well as robust round-robin routing and, for the price, it was such a simple, easy sell and adoption. The other option with similar features came in around 3-4x the cost.

All the features we needed are there and in addition what makes the difference is their proactive support, they literally answer everything within minutes and are super helpful, meaning that not only they answer rather they propose solutions or even predict what might happen and what we need to take care.

The product team has been super engaged and listens to my feedback, and usually implements feature requests pretty quickly as well. And the marketing team is great too, always looking for feedback and partnership opportunities. The RevenueHero team are great partners! And the product works seamlessly with our HubSpot forms and other integrations. There are also robust logs for reporting and debugging that make it so I rarely have to bother their friendly support team with questions.
