A lot of what shipped this month came from customer asks: updating the account owner with the meeting, a heads-up on late-night bookings, changing a user's email without a ticket. Practical control over ownership, booking, and admin, stuff you’ll use everyday.

Update account owner in your CRM

When a distribution rule matches, along with Lead and Contact owner fields, you can also update the Account owner in Salesforce and Attio. You can choose to write into a standard field or a custom one like CSM or Alliance Manager. So the account owner in your CRM matches whoever's actually working the deal. 🧭

Zoom in on why redistribution picked that rep

Routing Logs spell out who a redistributed prospect was assigned to, and why. When someone who already has an owner (from an earlier booking, or set manually in the CRM) comes back and doesn't book, redistribution hands them to that existing owner first, even if that rep isn't in the redistribution rule. No owner, and they run through the rule. The right rep remains on the account and log clarifies the assignment. 🔎

Select specific members of a group for round robin

While assigning the team members to be included in a round robin, you can select specific members instead of a whole group. Across distribution rules, pods, and the campaign router, switch a group from Whole group to Select manually and pick exactly who's in the rotation, weights included. No subset groups required. 👥

Warn prospects before the 3am booking

The scheduler flags an after-hours booking before it happens. When a prospect picks a slot between 9pm and 6am in their own timezone, a warning in the booking dialog checks they meant it. Fewer accidental midnight bookings, fewer unnecessary no-shows. 🌙

Make the post-booking form mandatory

Post Booking Forms can be made mandatory to confirm inbound bookings. Switch the toggle in an Inbound Router and the meeting only gets confirmed once the prospect submits it, across both the snippet flow and Inbound links. The info you wanted to gather after the slot's picked stops being skippable. 📋

Reset round robin based on your cadence

Round robin queues can reset daily, weekly, or fortnightly, alongside the existing monthly and quarterly options. You can also override the reset schedule on a relay distribution pod, or matching rule. Anything you don't override inherits the account setting. So a fast-moving pod resets weekly while the org stays monthly. 🔁

Change a user's email yourself

Admins can change a user's email id straight from their settings. Integrations, CRM ID, and Slack ID all stay connected, the new email has to be from the account's trusted domain, and the user signs in with SSO or their existing password. Admins can update each other’s emails, just not their own. ✉️

Two new variables added to workflows

Workflows can be set up to include two new variables: form inputs and router name. Drop a form field's answer straight into a workflow's text, so a Slack alert or email carries the prospect's actual inputs. Router Name pulls in the name of the router behind the session, or the meeting link's name for link bookings. Your workflows now add more context to notifications. ⚡

Clone a team or a form

Duplicate an existing team's setup, or copy a marketing form with every question and its logic intact, and adjust from there. A second region's team, or a near-identical form for the next campaign, starts from your working version instead of a blank page.  📑

Additional improvements

  • Twilio setup now handles accounts with huge numbers of phone numbers: search and select instead of waiting for the full list to load.
  • Routing log exports include enrichment values, RevenueHero Enrichment, Ocean, ZoomInfo, Clearbit, and ZeroBounce.
  • Webhooks retry on failure: if a booking webhook doesn't return a success (HTTP 200) response, RevenueHero retries up to eight more times until it does.
