‍Revenuehero provide the best support in the biz. They're always on-hand to jump on any problems we come across, and are crazy efficient as solving them. A great team. The tool itself has helped us reduce the drop-off of inbound leads, which has been really valuable.

Simple to use. Our sales team loves it and it is easy for operations to configure and integrate across our tech stack. Would highly recommend it to other users! ‍I was using Chili Piper before shifting to RevenueHero. RH is a fantastic alternative to Chili Piper and it is faster, reliable, and cheaper with most of the necessary functionalities.

RevenueHero's collective round-robin has been an absolute game-changer for our lead routing process. Before adopting RevenueHero, every meeting booked through our routing software only accounted for our sales team's availability. This meant we had to manually add a technical counterpart to every single meeting. It was time-consuming, error-prone, and often resulted in scheduling chaos - if no technical counterpart was available, we'd have to reschedule, frustrating customers and sometimes losing the opportunity entirely.

With RevenueHero's collective pairing, that manual headache is gone. We no longer need to rebook meetings manually, which has made us significantly faster and has driven a substantial increase in the percentage of meetings that actually occur. There's a solution for everything in RevenueHero when managing large sales teams with a meeting handoff needs. The interface is clean and easy to understand. But most of all, support is really outstanding. They are here everytime you need it from onboarding to consolidating the tool in your organization. Brilliant.

I market cybersecurity professionals that are very sensitive apparent phishing or spamming attempts. I ended up choosing RevenueHero because you can connect to a custom domain that matches your primary company domain, customize the follow up to be from your company email, AND it was more straightforward in packaging and reasonably priced for a small startup.

Also, you get your own dedicated Slack support channel and I've never gone longer than 30 minutes without a response. Response time most of the time is under 5 minutes.

The tool integrates seamlessly with SFDC, Google Calendar, Slack, HubSpot, and Zoom. RevenueHero is triggered on a daily basis and we have replaced Calendly for booking links outside of the direct GTM team and saved a little money there. Overall from implementation we are seeing an autobooking rate on demo and trial form fills of 80%+ so it has also improved our meeting stickiness and resolved some BDR process and painpoints.

The support they offer is unmatched, the product itself is amazing and you can tell that they are launching new features based on real user needs. But the level of support we get everytime we have questions or something isn't working as it should is great. Also, the platform is intuitive and everything can be setup and kicked off pretty fast.

The onboarding experience was second to none. Excellent attention from the team to understand our requirements, and step us through implementation without any issues. We were migrating from another similar service and the switch was painless, and the team were VERY responsive on the very minor speed bumps we had on the way.

10/10 RH is a better product / UX / integration and much more competitively priced than CP.

They have the best support you can ask for as they are always available to solve your queries. In fact they'd go a step further and try to understand why you're requesting a certain usecase (helps as they're good marketers too).

I was using a similar product but at 3-4 times the price. Switched to Revenue Hero. Support during set-up was easy with 2-4 zoom calls. Super helpful support team. Helped me get everything set-up and synced with our CRM and Google calendars. Had a question just today and support emailed me right back and got me helped out. Amazing!

It helps in improving your Demo booking rate. We could customize the routing logic as per our custom rules which can boost the conversion rates. It also gives the option to embed the router in the custom design that we can put on the demo page. Support from the implementation team is exceptional and we were able to implement it within a week

Implemented Revenue Hero in the 42 Agency site. The scheduler is *blazingly* fast and the integration and interface is really intuitive - it supports mapping b/w account owners and new inbound leads. DM if you want to check it

We just switched off Chili Piper in favor of RevenueHero. We found the team to be much more agile and responsive for a product with the same functionality (actually, RevenueHero has advanced routing functionality beyond Chili Piper which is why we made the switch).

Also, it's much more cost-effective.

The ease of setting up routers and their proactive support to address issues have helped us move smoothly from Chili Piper. We were able to see a faster load time for our calendar, and we're also able to validate this from our user's perspective, as the drop-offs have significantly reduced after implementing RevenueHero.

RevenueHero has all the features of Chili Piper with one exception. Chili Piper is not able to give the support RevenueHero is able to by a longshot. RevenueHero is hands down the best scheduling app around (I've tried a bunch) and their team is always open to feedback to make their app better. I love working with this team.

The platform is well constructed, once you're onboarded and then set up a couple of functions by yourself, you can see clearly the underlying logic of the platform and its building blocks.

Platform UI/UX is good and its integration with Hubspot is robust.

Best thing about working with RevenueHero has been their customer success; our CSM (Sanjit Venkatesan) goes above and beyond what's required, he always seems available (does he ever sleep?) and is a real perfectionist, he refuses to let me leave a call until we've tested, and dotted every i and crossed every t.

What is the old adage? Better, faster, cheeper? Well that surely describes RevenueHero. They have an amazing product and great support. With Revenue Hero rarely do issues happen because the software just works! But if anything pops up their team jumps through hoops to help. I mean I'm talking instant response time. :)

As a startup, being able to automate top of funnel wherever possible is critical for us. We evaluated several booking tools and found they had lacking functionality for such a high cost. Revenue Hero is able to accommodate the complex routing rules and workflows without any stress about things going to the right rep, and we don't worry about missing any potential leads.
