How can I block reps' calendars centrally for holidays?

Every major holiday, it's the same drill: send a team-wide calendar invite, Slack everyone to block the day, and then check each rep's calendar to make sure they actually did. Someone still forgets to block their calendar, a prospect books a meeting, and now you're sending awkward reschedule emails.
