HubSpot Meetings books the time. RevenueHero checks the company owner, keeps the split even, and logs every step and action. Keep HubSpot, upgrade your scheduler.
What really sold us on RevenueHero is the excellent team and support we’ve had from implementation onward.

Thanks to RevenueHero, we’re able to book meetings with 75%+ of qualified inbounds the same day, up from around 40%

After RevenueHero, we've cut short the time it takes for us to give a demo to our prospects. We've been able to do it much more quicker and it's a better process for prospects as well.

With RevenueHero, I can actually have a shorter sales cycle at a really high level of complexity. It's like all the logic happens at the point of signup, which means that there are no problems for my sales team.

RevenueHero works really damn well. The percentage of qualified meetings that were getting booked on our website within the first 3 months of implementation was beyond our expectations.

HubSpot Meetings is the scheduling page: availability, a rotation, contact-owner if you turn it on. A workflow can send someone to a calendar after that. Sending someone to a link is not the same as checking ownership, keeping the queue fair, and leaving a reason it went to that AE.
If the real routing already lives in a workflow, you already assumed HubSpot Meetings would do this and built around it. The question is whether you want to keep maintaining that.
A known account fills out the form. HubSpot Meetings can route by contact owner, but it can't see the company owner or the deal owner. So the meeting drops to whoever is next in the rotation, and the AE who owns the account finds out only when the invite lands.
Tier, headcount, region, product, fit. Every one of those rules is another workflow, another form, or another tool bolted on the side. The rotation itself never gets smarter. It stays one flat list.
Whoever is free gets the meeting. If they no-show, or the lead was never a fit, it still counts as theirs. The only way to rebalance is to edit the rotation by hand, so the load keeps piling onto the same few reps.
Meetings logged by other tools aren't deduplicated when HubSpot meetings logs the activity. Your activity reports count it twice, and there's no setting to stop it. Rep productivity and meeting numbers quietly inflate.
HubSpot links do not support workflow based meeting routing. Meetings are booked either on an individual's calendar or based on a simple rotation.
You don't get a record of why that rep was chosen. You don't get a record when someone opened the scheduler and left. UTM and hidden fields often don't survive the hop from form to meeting. BDR attribution doesn't surrive the booking process.
HubSpot Meetings looks free because it’s bundled. Once you outgrow a flat rotation, the cost shows up somewhere else:
You keep HubSpot and the forms you already have. What changes is the decision
that runs after someone submits.
